Dutch Centre NCL Christmas Networking Event at Bankside Autograph Hotel

For our last NCL of this year, the Dutch Centre has teamed up with Bankside Autograph Hotel!

We’ll kick off the evening with an introduction by Floris Kouijzer, General Manager of Bankside Hotel and Artist in Residence Yuliya Martynova, who’ll be giving a demo and lead a Q&A session.After this there will be plenty of time to network while enjoying another glass.

Bankside is a design-led hotel on the culturally vibrant South Bank of London. An intimate six-storey hotel with 161 bedrooms including seven suites, the hotel is a social hub for anyone with a passion for culture, art, food and drink. Bankside has an exclusive partnership with esteemed Dutch textile artist and eco-activist Claudy Jongstra. Her immersive ‘Washed Ashore’ and ‘Lost & Found’ art series form an important part of the Art Yard Bar & Restaurant, weaving the ethos of sustainability into the fabric of the hotel with the UK debut of the biodynamic LOADS collection in the hotel’s luxury suites.

Bankside also supports emerging artists by offering artist in residence programmes.

Yuliya Martinova is Bankside's current artist in residence. After a 15 year career as a lawyer, she retrained in the classical arts. Her work has opened doors to London and US galleries, collaborations with luxury brands, hospitality projects, UK members clubs, and medical spaces (Memorial Sloan Kettering NY and Shirley Ryan Ability Lab Chicago ).
