Hardo & Co is the artistic project of Hardo, an anonymous contemporary artist who draws inspiration from the worlds of finance, business, and global markets. Through intricate, often large-scale artworks, Hardo transforms complex industries into vibrant visual narratives filled with humour, hidden details, and cultural references. His work invites viewers to look beyond numbers and data, revealing the people, stories, and dynamics that shape modern economic life.
Blending creativity with a deep understanding of financial culture, Hardo & Co has developed a distinctive style that appeals to both industry professionals and art enthusiasts. The result is a unique body of work that celebrates curiosity, rewards close observation, and offers a fresh artistic perspective on subjects that are rarely explored through art.
Who is Hardo? Under pseudonym Hardo & Co, the artist is on his path to producing 200+ large works across the worlds of haute finance. With PowerPoint as main canvas, his works celebrate and ridicule in the same slide — boasting love letters to banking, markets, trading, monetary policy, but not blind to their absurdities. If you know, you know. From insider vantage to vintages. Hardo doesn't study the worlds of finance from the outside; he partakes in it every day. This 'participant observation' fuels the artworks: admiring, satirical, informed.
